At Capture Design, we are thrilled to have partnered with Rug Cleaning Cambridge to redesign their website. Our goal was to create a modern, user-friendly site that effectively showcases their rug cleaning services while providing a seamless experience for visitors.

We applied key UX principles to ensure the design is both functional and visually appealing. To maximise conversions, we placed the contact form at the top of the site, making it easy for visitors to get in touch. The website clearly lists all the types of rugs they clean, from Persian to Kilims, helping potential clients easily find the services they need.

A standout feature is the new “Knowledge Centre” blog, where Rug Cleaning Cambridge can share valuable tips and information about rug care and cleaning. Additionally, we created a dedicated page that breaks down each step of the rug cleaning process, giving customers full transparency about the service they’ll receive.
