At Capture, we’ve been proud to serve as the dedicated marketing partner for Springfield Care Homes over a number of years. Our longstanding relationship has given us deep insight into their values, vision, and commitment to excellence in care. Most recently, we led a full-scale rebrand to refresh and modernise their identity while staying true to the heart of their organisation.

Our creative journey began with a bold new visual identity, centred around a refined and modern logo design. Inspired by the warmth and trust Springfield Care Homes is known for, the new look balances approachability with professionalism.

To ensure consistency across every touchpoint, we developed a complete set of brand guidelines, covering everything from tone of voice and typography to colour palette and imagery. We helped develop a new Mission Statement and designed some core value icons to illustrate Springfield’s value offering. This gives their team a strong foundation for future communications and ensures a cohesive brand presence.

We designed and built a fully responsive website, tailored to showcase each of Springfield’s facilities and services with clarity, ease of navigation, and emotional appeal. The site blends clean design with powerful functionality, making it easier for families to find the information they need and feel confident in their choice.

Beyond digital, our team redesigned a full suite of printed assets, including stationery, letterheads, signage, and advertising materials. Each piece was crafted to reflect the new brand identity, delivering a seamless and professional experience across every interaction.
